Pack Sizes

All products are sold in their original pack sizes as listed on our menu. We do not open or split packs to provide individual pieces or partial quantities. Please order products in full packs only.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order value is PKR 1,000 (excluding delivery charges). Orders below this amount cannot be processed.

Next-Day Delivery & Fresh Preparation Policy

At Chicken Chill Bite, we believe in providing our customers with freshly prepared, high-quality frozen food. Therefore, all orders received on a particular day are prepared according to the quantity ordered and delivered on the following day.

We prepare our products based on the orders we receive to ensure freshness and quality. After preparation, the food is properly frozen overnight, which is an essential part of maintaining the product's quality and freshness. Once the products are fully frozen and ready, orders are dispatched the next day.

This process allows us to provide freshly prepared frozen food to our customers while maintaining proper food quality and handling standards.

Urgent & Same-Day Delivery Policy

If a customer requires an order earlier than our regular next-day delivery schedule, Chicken Chill Bite may offer an urgent delivery option, subject to availability.

For urgent or same-day delivery, the order may be dispatched through an online ride-hailing service such as Yango, inDrive, Bykea, or another available delivery service.

Please note the following conditions for urgent delivery:

Full payment for the order must be made in advance.

The delivery/ride charges will be shared equally between Chicken Chill Bite and the customer.

The company will pay 50% of the delivery charges, while the customer will be responsible for the remaining 50%.

Once the advance payment is confirmed and a suitable rider is available, the order will be dispatched through the selected delivery service.

This option is provided for customers who require their orders on an urgent basis, subject to product availability and rider availability.
